Ryan was smart, kind, efficient and fast. He made my application process very easy with his portal. Everything needed was listed on the portal and I just needed to upload it. He was honest and open about the consequences of the minor issues that came up. He was able to close my FHA loan in 15 days! It could have even been sooner!
