Fadi Faraj is Premier Lending, Inc.'s co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, a leading mortgage banking firm licensed in 26 states. Since establishing the company with his brother Faris in 2009, Fadi has successfully transformed it from a family-run mortgage brokerage into a prominent mid-sized mortgage banking institution.
Recently, Fadi has spearheaded a joint venture with Yieldstreet, launching the Residential Mortgage Opportunistic Fund. This new venture aims to leverage Premier Lending’s expertise in mortgage, further expanding into the purchasing of first mortgage residential loans.
Fadi also plays an instrumental role on the Board of Directors, where he sets the firm’s operational standards and shapes company policy, ensuring Premier Lending’s continued growth and its strong market reputation for operational excellence.

I'd like to clarify that our experience was excellent with Mazie Rudd, but communication completely stalled when she left Premier Lending. Our new lending officer never once reached out to us at the end of closing.

I did not know who Fadi Faraj or Premier Lending were until I got the survey request after the close of escrow. I had to go back to the closing statement to see that buyers lender was Premier. So what made it great is that escrow closed on time. There were no delays, no glitches, no crisis. If there was I never heard of any. So yeah. Totally stress free.
