Lynn Hedges is a Senior Mortgage Advisor and holds a California Real Estate License. Lynn has been with Premier Lending, Inc. since its’ beginning and is a Top Producer within the company. Due to the complexities in lending, Lynn ensures a smooth process by having a dedicated “Team of Five” processing, underwriting and funding her loans. This also allows for consistent communication throughout the process, ensuring that clients and business partners are informed at all times.
Importantly, Lynn’s approach is to ensure that a mortgage fits within her client’s overall financial plan. Goals and budgets are reviewed in depth before selecting the very best program to meet each individual’s objectives.
Prior to joining Premier Lending, Lynn held senior management positions in technology publishing. Some organizations for whom she worked were Capital Cities/ABC, IDG Communications, Ziff Davis and Pennwell Publishing.
Her responsibilities in financial management and real estate investing provide a strong foundation and perspective for her clients. Lynn is knowledgeable, tenacious and a highly energetic professional who is completely committed to the highest ethics.
Lynn is a native Californian, has lived on the East Coast of the US, as well as England and Canada. She has enjoyed international travel and business and now resides in San Carlos, where she is a past Board of Director Member for their Chamber of Commerce.

Lynn and Premier Lending understand that this process is not just a business transaction. We are looking for people we can trust and especially for first time home buyers we are looking for experience and communication. Lynn and Premier Lending earned our trust early and we can literally see all the effort they put into helping us secure our home. I can honestly say that I will always refer Lynn and Premier Lending to all my friends and family because the experience I had while working with Lynn. My only regret is that I cannot do more for Premier Lending at this time. Would also love to say that Lynn has such a knowledge about the buying process that it really helped me feel like I was always on track. She was ALWAYS available.
