I was born in North Carolina, but grew up in the central Florida area. In 1993, I moved to Lakeland, Florida, where I completed my bachelor’s degree in psychology at Southeastern University. I met my wife, Lorie, and we were married in 1999. We have two sons. Our oldest son is stationed in the United States Coast Guard in Fort Myers, Florida.

My mortgage career started in 2001. I have enjoyed the flexibility of my work schedule along with the satisfaction of helping clients settle into a new home. In 2010, I had the opportunity to become a branch manager. In this position, I refined my skills as a loan officer and accepted the challenge of adapting to the changes in the industry.

Eight years ago, I voluntarily turned over the manager responsibility to my employee. I now work for him as our roles have been reversed. We share a mutual respect and a common goal to serve our clients in the best way possible.

In my spare time, I enjoy golfing, fishing, and cooking! My family and I also enjoy traveling and exploring new places together.
