Where do we start? We saw an open house on a Sunday afternoon and determined we had to have it despite not even being preapproved. I reached out to Spiro Sunday evening for the first time around 8pm and he told me he was sending paperwork and if I got it to him that night he could get me the pre approval letter that very next day on Monday. Sure enough we had preapproval in hand by Monday and were able to make an offer that was accepted that same day. The other lender we reached out to didn’t even respond until days later. The level of customer service continued throughout the process. Spiro and team were FAST and available practically 24/7 on weekends and evenings keeping the process moving. Needless to say we closed on time with virtually no hiccups. I can’t reiterate enough what a smooth process it was. On top of that the rate we got was great! Thanks Spiro and team!
