Mr. Sorenson has over 20 years as a real estate professional with experience in several areas.  Before there was an AirBnB, he and his company were designing, building and operating vacation rental properties as a vertically integrated vacation rental property developer.  As an agent, he specializes in acquisition of properties for his management clients, and has flipped or renovated properties in multiple states.  Through it all, mortgage financing was the common thread. Countless first-hand experiences with mortgage financing led him to become a mortgage loan originator to help home buyers and investors navigate the process more easily, and as quickly as can be done.
